Designed to coat chocolate and cool coated and moulded products using special air diffuser positioned over the whole length of the cold chamber. The production speed ranges from 30 to 200cm/min. The coating section can be easily removed and washed. The tunnel 400/1000 has a completely integrated coating section which can be easily removed and washed. The machine was designed to allow working with more than one tempering machine, which can be swapped over upon changing the color of the coating.
