Chocolate tank is three jacketed. Hot water is flowing between inside and second jacket by water pump and element. Between second and outside jacket has insulated to prevent wasting chocolate temperature and electricity consumption. This unit is equipped with stirrer which results in slow vertical move of chocolate.

This unit has a perfect control panel and is equipped with chocolate transfer pump and chocolate and water temperature regulator and a mixer is installed on it and can be made for different capacities.
